BMW 3200 L

From model year 1962 to the end of production in December 1963, the BMW 3200 L was the official model designation for the BMW 502 3.2 litre marketed since 1955. The revised model was supplied with disc brakes as standard. The engine output was increased to 140 hp. The new, now round taillights were a striking feature and they were shared by the models 2600 L, 3200 L and 3200 S. From autumn 1962, these vehicles could also be supplied with a central gearshift as an option.
