BMW X5 4.6is (E53)

When the BMW X5 was introduced at the end of 2001, it was the sportiest model in the BMW X5 (E53) Series. The BMW X5 was replaced by the BMW 4.8is in 2024. The BMW X5 4.6is was powered by a V8 engine (M62B46) with a displacement of 4.6 litres and generating an output of 347 hp. The top speed was 240 km/h and the model was therefore also the flagship of the model series. By comparison with the other models, the series equipment was highly exclusive and sporty. The exterior distinguishing features were the bumpers painted in the colour of the car and twin exhaust tailpipes with chrome surround. 10,467 automobiles of this exclusive model with a price tag of approximately 79,100 euros were produced.
