The BMW 333i was a special model in the second BMW 3 Series. It was developed in cooperation with BMW Motorsport GmbH and performance specialist ALPINA exclusively for the South African market. The sports car generating 197 hp accelerated the vehicle in the sprint to 100 km/h within just 7.4 seconds and impressed the 204 happy owners with exquisite Alpina components. There had never before been a BMW M3 for the South African market.
