BMW 323i Convertible (E36)

The third generation of the BMW 3 Series had an unparalleled model diversity. After the debut of the 3 Series Sedan in 1990 and the 3 Series Coupé in 1991, a new convertible followed in 1993. The profile of the convertible and the coupé was dominated by the extended and flattened engine hood and created a very elegant and sporty effect. In common with the other 3 Series models, the convertible was also given the new six-cylinder inline engine with a displacement of 2.5 litres or 2.8 litres. The BMW 323i and 328i replaced the previous models 320i and 325i. The BMW 323i Convertible featured more torque and less weight, and epitomised the legendary concept of "Sheer Driving Pleasure".
