BMW 3/15 PS DA 4 model

BMW launched the third generation of the Dixi’s successor - the BMW 3/15 PS - in mid-February 1931. Again the bodies were modified to provide a more generous interior. By removing the small trunk and lengthening the superstructure by around 20 centimetres, four adults could now be accommodated reasonably well. The sedans were initially converted to the new specification, followed by the two-seaters, coupés and touring cars. Manufacture of the two-seater and three to four-seater convertibles was discontinued.
