BMW 2600

The last version of the BMW 501 eight-cylinder automobile was designated BMW 2600 from August 1961 to December 1963. It was powered by a V8 engine generating an output of 100 hp and had disc brakes fitted as standard. Around the end of the production run, numerous vehicles were outfitted with special equipment for the police and fire service.
