BMW M635CSi (E24)

In 1984, the flagship model of the BMW 6 Series (E24) was launched, the BMW M635CSi. This automobile offered an output of 286 hp with the revised engine from the BMW M1 (M88/3) and a top speed of up to 250 km/h. From November 1989, a version was supplied with a three-way catalytic converter and a new engine was installed (S83B35). This version was also sold in the USA and Japan under the designation BMW M6.
