BMW Z3 Roadster 2.2i (E36)

In October 2000, the BMW Z3 2.2i seamlessly replaced its predecessor, the BMW Z3 2.0. A completely new engine generation of six-cylinder inline engines (M54B22) was also installed in the BMW Z3 2.2i. The equipment is rather more upscale compared to the four-cylinder models, and consequently the BMW Z3 2.2i had factory-fitted, lightweight alloy wheels, ventilated disc brakes and velour floor mats. The production run for the BMW Z3 2.2i came to an end in August 2002 after two years of manufacture. A total of 12,861 units were produced in Spartanburg, America.
