BMW 850CSi

In autumn 1992, the BMW 850CSi was presented as a sportier version of the BMW 850Ci. The engine was a development carried out by M GmbH and offered even better driving performance than the V12 mounted in the BMW 850i/Ci. The brakes were enlarged and the chassis was tuned to be sportier. Some details of the exterior differed from the other engine versions, including the bumpers, wing mirrors and the stainless-steel exhaust system. Only around 1,500 units of this luxury sports car were built between August 1992 and November 1996. 160 of them were right-hand drive and 225 were US versions.
