The most attractive and most expensive body style in the model series was the 2-seater convertible. The long engine hood, the sweptback wings and the short cockpit precisely mirrored the expectations for an elegant sports car of that era. The attached trunk and the stowage space behind the seats offered lots of room to accommodate a greater amount of luggage. However, the high price and the comparatively low performance were a barrier to large production volumes. Today, the 2-seater convertible is one of the rarest examples from the pre-war era.
