In parallel with the 4-seater convertible, the BMW 329 was also available in a bodywork version produced by coachbuilder Drauz in Heilbronn. It was provided with two comfortable front seats, and two small emergency seats were located behind them. The rear was shaped like a trunk but was firmly fixed in place. A lid made loading items of luggage for a journey much easier. In spite of good equipment and well-thought-out details, this car also suffered from unsatisfactory proportions.
