BMW M3 Sedan (E30)

The visual appearance of the BMW M3 is immediately identifiable through its flared wheel arches, the aerodynamically redesigned bumpers, the tailgate accompanied by a spoiler and the side skirts. The generous use of plastic materials on the bumpers, side panels and tailgate achieved a weight of just 1,200 kg. The trade press praised the BMW M3 (E30) above all for its handling. As a result of an intensive revision of the BMW 3 Series chassis to improve coordination, balance and traction, the BMW M3 was a highly agile and manoeuvrable vehicle. Numerous special versions of the BMW M3 were also supplied that differ in appearance and equipment details.
