In preparation for our M anniversary shoot shortly before Christmas 2021, we got in touch with Starnberg-based Peer Junge. Via our contacts in the club scene, we found out the 52-year-old had a particularly photogenic Z3 M Coupé – in the dreamy Cosmos Black/black leather combination – residing in his garage. A true 43,000 kilometres (approx. 26,700 miles) on the clock, new-car smell present and correct.
A FAMILY AFFAIR.
When we ventured the idea to BMW M fan Peer, he didn’t need much persuading. After all, he began his career in cars, aged just 20, with no less than a BMW M3 E30. Peer is now a service advisor at BMW dealer AUTOMAG in Munich and his father was also a BMW man.
Back in 1999 Junge snr. had brought home a year-old demonstrator known by the Germans as the “sports shoe”. For the last ten years this 321 hp M-Coupé has belonged to Peer. And now – how could it be any other way? – his daughter regularly takes it out for a spin.
That is one seriously cool family!
